Certified Paralegal
Ms. Maichel has experience in the legal field dating back to 1996. She received an associate of science degree in paralegal studies from the University of Great Falls in 2004. Ms. Maichel earned the title of Certified Paralegal in 2008 by passing a certification test through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
Ms. Maichel assists in the firm's practice areas of environmental and natural resource litigation, water law, and government relations. She also has experience in real estate, estate and probate, family law, litigation, and insurance defense. Ms. Maichel joined the firm's Helena office in September of 2007.
She is a member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries, the National Association of Legal Assistants, the Montana Association of Legal Assistants, the National Notary Association, and the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana.
