Advanced Certified Paralegal
Ms. Hoffman's employment in the Helena office dates back to 2001. Her professional legal practice encompasses 20 plus years of experience. She earned the title of Certified Paralegal from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 1991, and completed the Advanced Paralegal Certification course on Trial Practice in July, 2008, earning the ACP credential.
Ms. Hoffman's background is very diversified, covering practice areas of real property, estate and probate, water and mineral law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment. She has extensive experience in litigation, in both state and federal courts. She currently focuses on environmental litigation and regulation, and insurance coverage disputes.
Ms. Hoffman serves on the Board of the Paralegal Section of the State Bar of Montana, as well as the Board of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants. She is also a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants.
